Your Stucco Inspection & Estimate*
-F.S Construction can provide you with a complimentary basic stucco inspection, upon bid acceptance, using our Tramex Meter & Delmhorst Probe.
-These two sophisticated pieces of equipment have the ability to detect small amounts of moisture that can be hiding within the walls of your home.
-Sealant, flashing, stone cladding and overall condition of the structure are inspected, as well as areas surrounding windows, doors and corners.

Long-Term Waterproofing Protection
-Did you know that the caulking applied around windows, doors, expansion joints and vents is the most common failure in an EIFS system? Get yours checked out!
-In order to keep moisture out, we use scientifically applied silicone based sealant.
-Our procedure also includes a special Silicone Coating, which repels water and fills in cracks. This important step keeps the inside layers of the stucco dry.
Window Sill Drains & Flashing
-Flashing has one very important job; to direct water to the exterior face of a wall.
-Frequently, flashing and sealants are improperly installed or missing. This means that moisture has an easy entry point around windows, transitions between roofs and walls, as well as doors and chimneys.
-Signs of Problems:
1. Swollen wood around door and window frames.
2. Bubbling or peeling paint
3. Cracked stucco or sealant
